Tildon Sides Obituary
Toots worked in the maintenance department for the Middletown School District. He spent summers in his cottage on Hill Island. He enjoyed building and flying remote control airplanes as well as feeding his "critters." Toots was a member of the American Legion Post 0594.
He was survived by a son, Tildon J. "Butch" Sides and wife Karen; 2 grandchildren, Tildon J. "T.J." Sides, Jr. and wife Raquel and Angela Mimbs and husband S. Bruce; 5 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by 5 siblings.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Middletown Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Fager-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 208 N. Union St., Middletown 17057.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his honor to the Humane Society of Harrisburg, 7790 Grayson Rd., Harrisburg, PA 17111. Condolences and memories may be shared at www.finkenbinderfamily.com.

I'm sorry to hear about Toot's passing. I have great memories of working with him at MASD. He was a fun person to be around. He will definitely be missed.

So sorry to hear of Toots passing. Toots was my buddy! When I worked for the Borough, anytime he would come into the office, he would make my day! Rest in peace, sweet man! I'll see you again someday and we will share more laughs!
