Tim Brust Obituary
Tim was born on May 15, 1968, to Larry Brust and Joan Brust Brown in Columbus, Ohio. After graduating from Beechcroft High School in 1986, he attended The Ohio State University, achieving his Master's degree in counseling.
Tim worked for the State of Ohio, a job he held and loved for 28 years.
Tim loved watching The Ohio State football team every year. He enjoyed being able to spend time with his friends and family. Tim loved being active with his wife Holly and traveling. Tim had a love for almost all classic rock music (excluding U2).
Tim is survived by his wife of 28 years, Holly Wyatt Brust, his daughters Lindsey and Zoe Brust, mother Joan Brown, brother Troy (Tonya), stepmother Jill Brust (Larry) and sister-in-law Marilyn Brust (Ty). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his father Larry Brust, his brother Ty Brust, and his step father Jack Brown.
His family will be having a celebration of life in both North Canton, Ohio and Columbus, Ohio. The North Canton celebration of life will take place August 16th at 5:00 pm located at the Barrel Room, 7901 Cleveland Ave NW, North Canton, OH 44720. The Columbus celebration of life will take place August 23rd at Henmick Farms & Brewery located at 4380 North Old State Road Delaware, Ohio 43015 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Tim's dedication will take place at 2:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to the ALS Foundation, ALS.org.

Tim was a very special person. As a case manager I worked with Tim for many years. Tim was someone I could rely on for the right answers. He was always there to help. Tim, you will be missed. Your honesty, professionalism and warmth will be remembered forever. RIP

Troy, all your favorite BHS Cougarettes learned of Tim´s passing while we were together celebrating our 60th in Florida. He was always all in when it came time to get together with friends. He and his wife always made my recent trips to Canton very special and I am grateful my dear friends Todd and Alvaro moved in across from you. He will be missed.
