With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Timothy James Beckley, who departed this life on the morning of January 1, 2025, at the age of 43. Timothy passed away peacefully at his family's home in Brea, California, following a courageous three-year battle with metastatic melanoma.
He will be deeply missed by his parents, Todd and Kim Beckley of Brea; his sister, Sarah Beckley of Austin, Texas; and his brother, Ross Beckley of Fullerton, California.
Timothy spent over a decade living in Kapaa, Kauai, where he worked as a Master Coffee Roaster at Java Kai Coffee. During his time there, he developed a deep connection to the island and its community. Kapaa became a beloved chapter in his life and a source of enduring joy and inspiration.
In keeping with his wishes, Timothy will be cremated. Later this year, his family will honor his memory by scattering his ashes at sea off the coast of Kapaa, celebrating the place that meant so much to him.
May Timothy's memory bring solace and strength to all who knew and loved him.
