Timothy William Blackhurst

PITTSFIELD — Timothy William Blackhurst, 60, of 144 Stilson Road, Pittsfield, died Sunday, June 8, 2008, at Golden Living-Kinzua Valley, Warren.Mr. Blackhurst was born Oct. 5, 1947, in Canonsburg, a son of Mary Sochor Richter of Cochranton and the late George E. Richter.Mr. Blackhurst was a graduate of Cochranton High School, and had been an antique dealer for many years. He also loved the outdoors.He is survived by his wife of 40 years, June Ann Wentworth Blackhurst, whom he married Jan. 16, 1968, in Clymer, N.Y.; a son, Keith Alan Blackhurst and his wife, Josie, of the state of Washington; three daughters, Tonya Marie Aviender and her husband, Ron, of Tennessee, Laura Beth Blackhurst of the state of Washington, and Erica Ann Blackhurst at home; two half brothers, Randy Blackhurst and Shawn Blackhurst; a half sister, Allison Blackhurst; five grandchildren, Brady, Erik and Shelby Aviender, and Elisha Marie and Timothy William Blackhurst; several stepgrandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.There will be no visitation observed.A memorial service will be conducted at the convenience of the family.Peterson-Blick Funeral Home Inc., 1003 Pennsylvania Ave. E., Warren, is in charge of arrangements.
