Tim and my brother were high school buddies and from the time Tim was approx 15 years old until he was 25-26 he was a frequent visitor. I am 4 years older and our family was large 8 kids....so what´s one or two more. We got used to him being around.
He was chatty and could talk sports and current events. Tim liked to go to the movies and read. My brother said Tim was the guy who actually did read the articles in Playboy. . He could talk to anybody, mom and dad included. He had a good heart and a sweetness about him.
Shocking to hear of his passing. I hope he rests in peace and may his memory be a blessing.

So very devastated to hear of Tim`s death. I worked with him at Elder Affairs, and he and I remained Facebook friends for years. We saw eye to eye on everything, and I feel like I´ve lost a friend and a commiserator. Just so sad.

I met Tim while I worked at the Florida Democratic Party, this must have been 2012. People would come and go, but Tim was always there phone banking and helping us. He was always friendly and excited to be a part of the work and he always took it seriously. Again this was 2012, we had no idea what was coming at the time, but Tim clearly understood before most of us the importance of activism. I did keep in-touch with him here and there, but we really had not spoken in several years. When I heard the news that he passed I was really sad. I think his passing is a reminder that we all come across special people in our lives. We may not know them well, or spend our whole lives together, but the time we do spend makes an impact on us. I wish him peace and comfort and will remember him fondly.

I didn't know him well but enjoyed working with him. I will miss talking to him about his beloved Hurricanes.

Sad to hear the news. I worked with Tim at the Fl Lottery and his professionalism was always paramount with a side order of wit and sarcasm. We shared some good times there where our paths crossed in this lifetime. Rest in comfort. You have done well.

This is very sad news indeed.
I worked with Tim at the Florida Lottery. He was always so jovial with me and a little mysterious. I´ve kept up with him on Facebook over the years and will miss him commenting "meow" every time I posted a selfie.
RIP Tim.

I was privileged to know Tim for more than thirty years as a co-worker at two agencies, a friend, and a neighbor. He had a big personality and a big laugh, and as a neighbor, was always ready and willing to lend a hand. Godspeed, Tim.
