Timothy Houk Obituary
He was born Dec. 24, 1956, son of the late Charles Thomas "Tod" Houk and Georgia Mae Cardin Dougherty. He was a self-employed salesman and a member of Sonora Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include a daughter, Taylor Nicole Houk of Sonora; a grandson, Oakley Benton Houk of Sonora; the mother of his children, Julia Ann "Julie" Wheeler Houk of Sonora; his mother, Georgia Mae Cardin Dougherty of White City; a sister, Charlotte (Tommy) Houk Masterson of Elizabethtown; a brother, Tommy Houk of Elizabethtown; four sisters, Theresa (Loyal) Patterson of Sonora, Donna (Steve) Heath Johnson of Lexington, Renee (Dean) Higdon of Hodgenville and Lisa (Pat) Jennings of New Albany, Indiana; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial service for Timothy Neal "Tim" Houk is at 7 p.m. Friday at William R. Rust Funeral Home Hodgenville Chapel, 612 N. Lincoln Blvd., Hodgenville with the Rev. Billy Curle officiating.
Visitation begins at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
William R. Rust Funeral Home Hodgenville Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
