My deepest sympathy for the Long family,during this difficult time. I would like to say Tim was an honorable man and someone i was glad to have known. Though I wasnt in his class; he showed the love of Christ to me through his kindness and compassion.That is what I remember about this man. Those years I spent in Elliston were few, however, Tim left a lasting impression on my heart . I am reminded of just how much today after hearing of his passing. Thank you Tim! May the peace of God be on the Long family and all of those who loved him.

Its so hard for us to imagine the world without Tim in it.. He's been a family friend for over 30 plus years..Mike and Tim used to work together, and had plenty of adventures in hunting. Tim would always ask about our kids( now adults) and Mike would always ask about his mom, Jan..Even at Christmas this year, his name was brought up, just wished we had called to talk to him..Tim was one of the sweetest caring man we knew and will so miss hearing his voice on the phone..We send our Love to his mother and family during this time, and so wished we could be there for his service..We love you Tim..GOD Bless you and keep you in his arms, til we meet again.. To the Long Family, I meet tim in the automotive industry in the early 90,s and we have crossed paths ever since. He was a Great guy and will definitely be missed. My thoughts n Prayers for all! RIP Tim!

Jan and Family,
What a special person Tim was, from a best friend, to a sponsor for Scott & Ricks racing, to someone who always added the extras to any car/motorhome/trailer we had. He loved and honored his mom and dad more than anyone or anything else in life. We were truly blessed to have known him. I feel certain he, his dad "V", and Rick Hensley are cooking BBQ and sharing racing stories as we grieve here on earth. Your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
