I was devastated to learn of Tim’s passing. I had just talked to him a month or two prior to his passing. We were pastor friends years ago. I pastored in Hamptonville from 1986-1992. Tim is a godly man, who loved the Lord, Celeste, his kids and grandkids and the church family. He will be greatly missed!

Pastor Tim married me & my husband, and he baptized my oldest daughter when she was 8. He meant so much to us and played such an important role in our relationship with Jesus as our Savior. Pastor Tim preached the truth of the word of God, and the truth of his teachings will forever be imprinted on my heart & will continue to guide my actions as a mother and a wife. He was the real deal. A great man. He will be missed so much. Praying for Celeste, his children & grandchildren & the rest of his family.

With deepest condolences to you, Celeste, and your Family Tim was a special individual and will be sorely missed. Sitting at the end of Mama’s table, asking, “have you thought of the music, the message, and are you o.k?”, after Mama passed away, is how I will always see him. So devoted and caring. Mama ( Betty Lane ) loved him , as all her children did. He was always there for us. So sorry for your loss. You’re in my prayers

Tim was our Pastor for twelve years since we joined the church. He was an amazing Pastor and Teacher. He touched our lives in a way that Jesus did. He preached the Word unashamedly and as God gave him the message. He did not waver in his beliefs and he showed the love of Christ in every instance. His love for people and the Lost was the utmost importance to him. He will remain in our lives until we see him again. He is rejoicing with his Lord and Savior and we will join that Heavenly chorus with him some day. May God Bless you all.

So proud of the man you had become. I'll always remember the summer visits with Aunt Ruby, Uncle George, Rita, and Jeff. We had good times running around the yard, exploring the garden, playing Putt-Putt, and going swimming. Those were precious childhood memories- just being together and growing up with family. May God be with your family in this time of sorrow.
Rest in peace, Cousin Tim. Love, Pam (Adams) Myers

My deepest condolences go out to the family, friends and everyone who had the honor of knowing him. May he forever rest in eternal peace with his Lord & Savior.
