Timothy David Ulrich, aged 62, passed away on July 14, 2024, in Berlin, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Timothy was a respected associate broker in real estate and a skilled contractor. He was a graduate of Patterson High School and spent his career building a legacy through his professional achievements and personal pursuits.

Timothy was a loving husband to Sandra Ulrich and a devoted father and grandfather. His family, including his children Dominic Ulrich (Kelly), Sheila Tussing (Monk), Timothy Ulrich Jr. (Ali), Nicholas Thompson-Riviere (Kayla), William Ulrich (Anne), Gabriella Thompson-Riviere, Brandon Ulrich, Hunter Ulrich (Cash), and Griffin Ulrich (Dane), along with his cherished grandchildren Austin, Tristan, Amira, Emmett, Faith, Dawson, Theodore, Grace, Charlie, and Remington, survive him. He was preceded in death by his grandson Trevor Ulrich, and his parents, William and Ilene Ulrich.

Known for his passion for the outdoors, Timothy enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing pool, and watching football. He was a figure of strength and joy in his community and among his loved ones. His hobbies and interests brought him closer to friends and family, creating lasting memories through shared experiences.

A private viewing was held on July 16, 2024, followed by a church service on July 20, 2024. A celebration of Timothy's life is scheduled for August 17, 2024. These services reflect the love and respect that his family and friends hold for him.
