Allen was a great guy to know and work with - soft-spoken, knowledgeable and willing to share. It was a shock to know of his passing away. I wish to convey my deepest condolences to his family and loved ones. May his soul rest in peace.

I had the great opportunity to work with Allen at Torch a number of years ago. He was always quick with a smile and just a true joy to work with and be around. I extend to his loved ones my most heartfelt sorrow and condolences.

So sorry to hear of Allen's death. We share so many lovely memories from the time he spent in Oklahoma City working on the Dominion transition. He was such a fun and caring young man. It is really hard to believe that he is gone. Rest In Peace, Allen.
