Tina Marie Yost

Tina Marie Yost, 17, of Fairmont, died Sunday (June 21, 2009) from injuries sustained in an ATV accident.She was born Dec. 7, 1991 in Elkins, the daughter of David Michael and Kathy Jo Denise "Cassie" Yost, both of Fairmont.She is survived by two brothers, David Michael Yost II and Robert Anthony Yost, both of Fairmont; two sisters, Rebecca Marilyn Yost and Jennifer Dawn Yost, both of Fairmont; her maternal grandparents, Edward John Daniels and Stella Ann Daniels, both of Baltimore, Md.; and several uncles, aunts and cousins.She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Robert Byron and Norma Jean Yost.Tina recently completed her sophomore year at East Fairmont High School. She was a member of the Busy Bee Band and Honeybees, where she played the flute and piccolo.She attended Mount Sharon Free Methodist Church and was involved with the church's youth group.She was a former member of the East Park Elementary girls basketball team and the East Fairmont Junior High School track team.The family will receive friends at Ford Funeral Home, Ford Chapel, 201 Columbia St., Fairmont, from 2–5 p.m. and 7–9 p.m. Wednesday and from 10–11 a.m. Thursday. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home Thursday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Harley Mayfield and Pastor Rex Musgrove officiating.
