Growing up I just remember always thinking how beautiful my aunt Jan was. I know she was such a pillar with her kids, nieces and nephews, and she will be missed so much.

Jan Poole was my very best friend for many years beginning in high school. We had lots of adventures together and tons of laughter. She was a beautiful young girl and carried that beauty with her throughout her life. Her children were everything to her, then her dogs . Jan will never be forgotten and I think about her often.

Aunt Jan was grace and humor, strength and wisdom, and beautiful in and out. She was my son's birthday buddy and is in so many of my childhood memories! Her house was always beautifully clean and decorated, she made the best meatloaf and she always smelled so good! She seemed to be good at everything and always made it seem effortless and full of style!
I could listen to hear tell stories and share memories all day long and she had a sly humor and quick wit that she shared with her mom!
I loved her sister bond with my mom and was so lucky to have both of these incredible women in my family.
We will love you forever Aunt Jan. Hope you and mom are having a blast up in Heaven! We miss you dearly.

My grandma was and will always be such a huge part of my life. In so many ways she has help mold me into the woman I am becoming. She was always there for me when I needed her, and always had my back. She was such a wonderful great grandmother to my children. Our lives will not be the same without her. She will be very missed. She will always be my Nana.

Toby Jan Poole was not only my Mother, but my very best friend. I will miss you so very much and I pray every day that I will find the strength that you had, come into me, so I can be strong enough to deal with your absence. I love you Momma.
