Todd would always call me Mitch. Todd was a good friend we were always partying together playing chest, laughing, joking around. I was introduced to Todd through a friend of ours and we got to know each other and became good friends. I was terrible shocked to find out he had passed away l had no clue. To his wife and his family l'm deeply sorry. He was the best a fine person fun to be around. Knowing Todd this wasn't the end it was just the beginning God will show you the way my friend.

Todd and I grew up together in Elmira. He taught me how to play chess. Many memories created together. I am sorry we did not stay in touch. RIP my friend.

Sorry to read of Todd’s passing. I knew Todd for many years while working at Thatcher/Anchor etc. Always cheerful and always serious about what he was doing. I am thankful that I had him as my friend. My thoughts are with his family at this time..
