RAYNHAM — Feb. 26, 2010 Todd B. Dilley, age 47, died after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Todd was the son of William B. & Nadine (Harkins) Dilley of Mashpee, formerly of Raynham.

He has lived all his life in Raynham and was educated in Raynham schools. Todd also attended Keene State College in N.H. He was a loyal employee at Market Basket in Raynham. Todd was an active member of the Raynham Lions Club and was a recipient of a Melvin Jones Fellowship, the highest recognition that Lions International can confer upon an individual. He also loved animals and was known for his engaging sense of humor to all who knew him.

Todd leaves his twin brother Glenn Dilley of Raynham, his sister Lauren Crory & her husband Robert of West Hartford, Conn., his sisters-in-law Joann Dilley of Bridgewater and Michele Dilley of Shirley and his late brother Brian Dilley. Todd also leaves his nieces and nephews: Ross, Dana and Dylan Crory of Conn., Kayla & Meredith Dilley of Shirley and Paige Dilley of Bridgewater.

A funeral home service to which all are invited will be on Friday, March 5 at 11 a.m. at O'Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St. in Taunton. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. Interment in Pleasant St. Cemetery in Raynham.

Donations in Todd's memory may be made to the Raynham Lions Club, 2234 King Phillip St., Raynham, MA 02780.

My deepest sympathies go to you and your family. Losing a child is the most devastating thing a parent will endure. I lost my foster Mom to pancreatic cancer a few years ago and she was a fighter too. Your loving memories of your son will be with you forever. It doesn't make it any easier to bear, but he is watching over you.
May you find some comfort in that.
