People say that an important way to age gracefully is to stay active as long as possible. This is one of many attributes that describes Toni Vaz! A famous proverb says: "All the days of the afflicted one are bad, but the one with a cheerful heart has a continual feast." It means if you see everything negatively, you will feel "afflicted" and every day will appear "bad," or gloomy. But if you focus on positive things, you will have "a cheerful heart" and even feel joyful. Your dear one, Toni Vaz, was not satisfied with just doing the status quo! Such a dynamic woman, her work as an actress, stuntwoman and notably the creator of the NAACP image awards were just incredible. A long life filled with great accomplishments. My condolences to the Vaz family, May God be with you all at such a difficult time.
