Norman "Tony" Kestner SALTVILLE, Va. Norman "Tony" Kestner passed from this life on Saturday March 31, 2012, at the age of 72, at Johnston Memorial Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Emma and Paul Kestner and was a member of the Freedom Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Patsy Kestner; his loving daughter, Vicki and son-in-law Eric Frye; "The Joy of his life", grandson, Cooper Frye; also surviving him an aunt, Sally Farris of Meadowview, Va.; a cousin, who was like a sister, Peggy Crabtree ,of Kingsport, Tenn. A "Celebration of Life" for Tony will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday April 3, 2012, at D.R. Henderson Funeral Home with the Rev. Barry Loupe and the Rev. Reynolds Frye officiating. Burial will follow in the Elizabeth Cemetery with Bobby Roberts, Mark Roberts, Jay Frye, Eddie Frye, Ralphie Frye, Roho Frye, Mike Ellis and Curtis Crawford serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Monday evening at the funeral home.
