So sadden with the lost of my friend Tonya Knight. Would run into her in an Independence Gym on several occasions. She would encourage me to continue to compete -even at my age. Tonya helped me w my 1st posing routine for my 1st contest. We kept in contact off/on. In 1985-1986 Tonya was asked to do a radio interview -she wanted me to do this with her-it was prior to her 1st National contest- my 1st contest. A loving, generous, beautiful woman. I will never forget you, bless to have known such an incredible woman. RIP Tonya

Tonya was an inspiration as a young man coming up in bodybuilding in the 80´s and 90´s. As I rose to stardom she was there as a mentor with always a kind word, just criticism and always wanted the best for me. Tonya you will be sincerely missed. Thank you for all you´ve done.
