Tracey Hughes Obituary
Born Aug. 3, 1964, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of Samuel Robert Jr. and Vivian Edwards Hughes of Brunswick.
She was a mortgage specialist with Wells Fargo in Frederick.
She was a Brethren.
She was a 1982 graduate of Brunswick High School. She attended Madonna College in Livonia, Mich., and Towson State University.
Surviving in addition to her parents are one sister, Kelley Ann Foulger and husband Dr. Stephen Hans Foulger of Clemson, S.C.; two nieces, Camiell and Isabell Foulger of Clemson; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Samuel R. Sr. and Hazel Powers Hughes; maternal grandparents, Kenneth B. Sr. and Evelyn Badger Edwards.
There will be no visitation.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, at Eackles-Spencer Funeral Home, 970 Washington St., Harpers Ferry, W.Va. The Rev. Ed Jordan will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Brunswick Ambulance Co., 200 W. Potomac St., Brunswick, Md. 21716; or American Diabetes Association, 3120 Lord Baltimore Drive, #106, Baltimore, Md. 21244; or Brownsville Church of Brethren Disaster Fund, 1911 Rohrersville Road, Brownsville, Md. 21715.
