Tracy Heflin

Tracy Heflin, 63 of Middletown Pennsylvania died peacefully at home July 11, 2021. She was born December 6, 1957 to Paul Jerome Heflin and Joy McNamara at Methodist Hospital in Houston Texas. Tracy graduated from the University of Hawaii in Accounting and worked for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She was a Revenue Officer in the Tax office in Harrisburg and received letters of commendation. She was a gifted artist bringing joy to family and friends. A staunch Democrat, she believed fiercely in personal freedom for all people. We miss her dearly and are deeply saddened by her death. Tracy was preceded in death by her father, Paul Jerome Heflin, grandmother, Bessie Heflin, brother, Lonnie Heflin. and sister, Doris Lynn Brown. She is survived by her Mother, Joy McNamara, daughter, Emily Heflin, Grandson, Noa Heflin, and sister Deborah Fuchs and husband Ron. Tracy's ashes will be scattered in her beloved state of Hawaii at Waimanalo Beach. A memorial service is planned for family and friends.
