Trent Allen Obituary
Trent is survived by his wife of 20 years, Courtney Lott Allen, and their three children; Simmons, Elliot, and Ayden Allen. Trent also leaves his parents, Tommy and Judy Allen; his sister Sherri McCarter (Kevin); his brother, Todd Allen (Shellie), his sister Traci Allen Edwards, 3 nephews, one niece, paternal grandmother, Rosemary Allen, and a host of friends.
Trent is a graduate of Memphis University School (1991) and of the University of Mississippi (1995, BA), where he was a member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. He worked alongside his dad & brother daily in the family steel business. Family was everything to Trent. He was a softhearted teddy bear, who could often be heard touting the accomplishments of his children, both academically and athletically. His children were absolutely the loves of his life.
The family will receive visitors from 11 A.M. until 1 P.M., Wednesday, November 8, at Independent Presbyterian Church, 4738 Walnut Grove Road. A memorial service will be held at 1 P.M. Wednesday, with interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers a trust has been established for Trent's children. FBO (For the Benefit Of), The Children of Trent E. Allen, c/o Commercial Bank and Trust, Attention: Dani Vickery, 510 South Mendenhall Road, Memphis, TN 38117.
