I know it's been a long time since Trent passed, but I wanted to leave you with my memories of him. Trent and I acted together at BYU, and we both submitted our mission papers at the same time and ended up in the MTC, both French speaking, in classrooms next door to each other. Trent was a good friend and my daughters have heard a lot about him over the years. He was a wonderful human being, oozing with talent and personality! <3

It will be the little things that you will remember, the quiet moments,
the smiles, the laughter.
And although it may seem hard right now,it will be the memories of these little things that help to push away the pain and bring the smiles back again.
As a fellow Allstate Agent, I wanted to express my deepest sympathy to you and your family. God Bless.

Dear Donna, and family,
I'm right across the street. I haven't wanted to intrude, but wanted to extend my sincere sympathy, to you and your family.
Let me help, in any way that is possible. you've been a great friend and neighbor, I'd like to come over and say hello, or go to lunch?
Know that my heart aches, our sons were going through the same situation at the same time.
My thoughts and love to you.
Karren and Richard Balderston

I think the first time I saw Trent was as Nathan Detroit with Steve Poulen and Lamar Evans in the Madison Little theatre. I was so impressed at his talent. Later in How to Succeed... Wow! I was glad to call him my friend and will never forget the trio we took with Susan McMurray to LA to go to Disneyland, Seaworld in San Diego, and Little Shop of Horrors with the NY cast in LA. We teased Trent saying he had the bladder the size of a peanut because Susan and I had to stop at every rest area and he never had to go!! I will always cherish our friendship. Doyle Jenkins

I was so sorry to hear of the loss of Trent. He was wonderful man and the world will be a sadder place without his beautiful voice and quick smile. I served as a missionary with him in the Belgium Brussels mission. He was such a talented and delightful guy. My heart goes out to your family. Please know he left a big impact on all of us who served with him. We will never forget "Elder Bright," who was truly a star among us.

Beloved colleague and fellow singer at CSFB in NYC. I can still see his smile. Trent shared so much about his vocal techniques and his excitement about working with his vocal teacher. He was an inspiration and taught me so many things about life, confidence and team work. Blessings to all who love him and miss him. Blessings to Trent on his new journey.

Trent was one of my supervisors at Credit Suisse for a number of years, starting in 1999 until he left NYC. Despite the fact that our staff was at an investment bank, it was composed largely of artists (Trent, of course, included...I am so thankful to finally get to hear his lovely voice via the Facebook tribute page, as I never had the chance in the corporate setting!). We were quite a "family" and went through a lot together over the years. I knew him to be a kind, patient, smart man who always treated others with respect and dignity. I am better off for having known him and am deeply saddened for your loss. Our family will be praying for yours through these days of what must be tremendous grief.

Dear Bright family,
I am so very sorry for your loss. Trent was one of my dance/singing partners in Young Ambassadors. Oh what a talented guy he was! And a great friend. Dear Donna and Family, Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this solemn time. We have such beautiful memories of the years we have been privileged to share with Trent. His wearing a skull cap to play 'DiPina' in "You can't take it with you" in high school. His J.Pierpont Finch in "How to Succeed in Business without really Trying" and of course multiple additional roles in high school and the Playmill. He was always such a joy to work with and his wit and sense of fun made every project rewarding and pleasant. May God Bless you with strength and peace...we have been blessed to know and love Trent
