Troy Alan "Troyboy" Hero

Troy Alan Hero, affectionately known as "Troyboy," was born on February 19, 1969, in Duluth, MN, and peacefully passed away on February 24, 2024, in Duluth, Minnesota, at the age of 55. He was a hardworking man who dedicated decades of his life to a successful career as a roofer/siding contractor and various odd jobs.

Troy was a loving and resilient individual who embraced life's challenges with courage and determination. He was known for his adventurous spirit, always seeking new experiences and living life to the fullest. Despite his flaws, Troy's positive outlook and unwavering work ethic left a lasting impact on those around him.

In his leisure time, Troy indulged in a wide range of hobbies and activities, adding excitement and thrill to his everyday routine. His zest for life and love for adventure defined his character and endeared him to many.

Troy leaves behind a legacy of love and perseverance. He is survived by his children Kayla Hero, Corry Hero, Preston Vollan, Zander Stephens and Passion Stephens, his siblings Ronney Perrault, Duwayne Hero, Julie Hero, and Rhonda Hero, as well as numerous other family members near and far.

Troy was preceded in death by his mother Sharon Mae Perrault, father Herbert Hero, brother Monty Hero, niece Veronica Hero, and nephews Phillip Butenhoff Jr. and Travis Butenhoff and many more dearly departed family members.

"Troyboy" will be dearly missed by all who knew him, but his memory will live on through the stories of his resilience, love, and adventurous spirit.

A celebration of life service will be held at a near future date. Family and close friends will be notified in due time.
