Hi Gordon,

My deepest sympathies and condolences on the untimely death of your wife. I never met her, but she sounded like a lovely lady from her obit. And she touched so many lives and influenced so many children while teaching 5th grade. From personal experience with loss, I can empathize on how you're feeling now. I found it helpful to stay close to whatever support group you have. The church should also be a source of comfort and support. You must have had many years of happiness together. Those memories were a great comfort for me over the years. Again, my sympathies. Skip Carter

Gordon, Walter and I have no words to express our sadness. Everyone who met Trudy loved her. Our trips hold priceless memories that will live on forever. I am so happy that during our last visit she agreed to see Elvis with me. I know she really didn't want to, but typical Trudy, she went along anyway. Her gentle soul is a true example of how a life should be lived. Our loss is Heaven's gain. She's saving a seat for all of us; I look forward to seeing her again. Much love from Walter and Pat

My sincere condolences to the family. I worked with Trudy at Silverstreet Middle and Reuben. When she moved to the upstate, she gave me a packet of "Forget Me Not" seeds that I held on to for many years. Please know that she will never be forgotten.
