Tyler Partyka Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jun. 6, 2025.
Tyler Joseph "TJ" Partyka, 33, of Shelburn, Vermont, passed away on May 30, 2025. Born on January 17, 1992, in Springfield, Massachusetts, Tyler brought joy and warmth to those around him throughout his life.

A graduate of Smith Vocational High School in Northampton, MA, Tyler focused his studies on plumbing-a skill that laid the foundation for his future endeavors. With determination and a strong work ethic, he went on to establish and operate Partyka Construction LLC. His dedication to his craft and pride in working with his hands were evident in every project he undertook.

Tyler's life was filled with passions that reflected his vibrant spirit. He loved fishing, baseball, and swimming-activities that allowed him to connect with nature and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Time spent with family and friends was especially meaningful to him. Whether sharing laughter around a fire or enjoying a quiet moment at home, Tyler cherished these connections deeply.

He had a special bond with his cats, Moses and Zipporah, whom he lovingly co-parented with his girlfriend Jessica Peden. Their companionship brought him comfort and joy.

Tyler's faith was an important part of who he was; he was a believer in Jesus Christ. His contagious laugh and zest for life left lasting impressions on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

He is lovingly remembered by his parents, Rhonda M. Partyka and Mark A. Partyka; his siblings Collin Partyka, Aubrey Partyka, Chase LaPorte, Jodi Maileaux, Dakota Partyka, and Sophia Partyka; his grandparents Madeleine and Joe Partyka and Donna and Pat LaPorte; his aunts and uncles Pam and James Prout, Deborah and Scott Gerrish, Robert and Jillian LaPorte; several cousins; and his girlfriend Jessica Peden.

Tyler was predeceased by his aunt Cassie LaPorte, his great grandparents Annette and Edgar Hamel

A private family Celebration of Life will be planned at a later date.

May the memory of Tyler Joseph "TJ" Partyka bring comfort to all who knew him. His laughter echoes still in the hearts of those he touched.

Missing you more as each day passes. It seems to get harder, not easier. You knew me better than anyone else on the entire planet, and none of my faults scared you away or wavered your love. I've never felt comfortable enough to be my true quirky self, and you loved my weirdness, you inspired it. Laughing with you was the best medicine. I've never been loved the way you loved me, and I know I never will be again. Thank you for 4.5 years of dedication. It wasn't always easy, but having you by my side, I knew we could get through anything. I long for you more than words could ever describe. I love you so, so so so much, my beautiful boy. Our girl misses you and sleeps in your spot every night. Watch over us, baby. Xoxo.

Tyler, it is Mom. I hope you can hear me talking to you every night. I am so lost and broken. I love you deeply. I am unsure I will ever understand why God took you home early. We are all a mess. There is a huge hole in our family. Sending hugs and much love, son.
