Dear Gallaghers:
You mom and dad, and everyone in your family, have welcomed me into your family for 30 years. I am so grateful to all of you, but especially to Larry and Val, who created a family so overflowing with love and generosity...and teasing too, of course. I am so glad that I had a day with your mom...the day that Val and I spent at First Nations University. We wandered around and looked at the art that she appreciated so much and even took part in a Pipe Ceremony. Val was so excited to experience something new. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. Your mother/grandmother was a lovely lady. It is surely true, everyone she met has been blessed with wonderful memories because of her.

Going to miss my friend Vally'....she knew how to laugh and her smile brightened the room. I also know her large family will experience a deep void in their hearts for some time to come but they'll remember the joy, laughter, family get -togethers and the fun they all had ,even if it was a bit overexubereant at times!! The family has all those memories in their hearts and will never forget their mom/granny!!!
For all this I am grateful.
