Verna Sangrey Obituary
Born November 17, 1922, in Breckenridge, Texas, she died Thursday, April 11, 2013. She was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, James A. and Brenda S. Sangrey of Plano; daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth A. and Tommy Gray of Jefferson; two grandchildren, Charles B. and Rita Sangrey of Plano and Kristina R. Sangrey of Anaheim, California; brother and sister-in-law, Vernon and Bonnie Fritz of Jefferson; sister, Helen Freeman of Kilgore; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles A. Sangrey; parents, W.T. and Martha Fritz; and brother, Jake Fritz.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. today, April 13, 2013, at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater.

I did not get the chance to know Pauline very well, but remember that beautiful smile that just added sunshine to each day. She was always ready to help in any way at church, especially at Vacation Bible School time. She is now asleep in the arms of our Lord, in no pain. Heaven welcomed her with open arms.
We will miss you and your beautiful smile.
