Vernon HUNTER Obituary
The death of Mr. Vernon Wayne Hunter of Elrose, SK. occurred in the Biggar Hospital on November 19, 2017 at the age of 63 years. Vernon is survived by his children: Shawn Birnie of Edmonton, AB., Carrie Marshall (Neil) of Plenty, SK. and their children Dakota, Haven and Ethan; Erin Wallington (Jeff) of Melfort, SK. and their children Ashlin and Connor; Susan Bryne (Ben) of Fort Nelson, B.C. and children Jacob, Colton, Juliana Caleb and Mark; and Richard Mead of Fort Nelson, B.C., and fourteen brother and sisters, numerous nieces and nephews and extended family. He was predeceased by his parents Alex and Erma Hunter infant sister Ethel and a son Wayne. A Celebration of Life will be held in the Perdue Community Complex on Monday, November 27, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. Donations in Vernon's memory may be directed to the Mount View Special Riding Club Box 1637 Didsbury, Alberta T0M 0W0. www.grondinfuneralservices.com or phone 306-948-2669. I only met Vern a couple of times but I was struck by what a down to earth, gentle person he appeared to be. Deepest sympathy to the entire Hunter family
