Vernon McFADZEN Obituary
1934 - 2013
Vern McFadzen of Onoway/Lac La Nonne passed away peacefully on July 30, 2013.
He leaves to mourn his loss his loving wife Lorna (Treleaven), his children Susan McFadzen, Lance McFadzen, very close family friend Karen Glessing, several in-laws and nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life to remember Vern will be held Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at the Onoway Legion Hall at 1:00 p.m.
Please bring pictures and/or stories to share with friends and family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the Alberta Cancer Foundation at Suite 710, 10123 - 99 Street, Edmonton, AB T5J 3H1.

Our Condolences to Lorna, Susan & Lance.
Vern was such a great friend and special all around likable person! We will remember his sence of humor when working together and all the other times.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Vern. He was a great man. I remember he used to come to pick up our 2 girls and pull them in a wagon behind his tractor at the lake. May you keep his memories close.

Dad, your not being in our lives anymore is just beginning to be felt. You were the best Dad any kid could ever have and for all you did for us every single day, and for not being afraid to let us know how much we were loved, thank you.
