For some time, Vici was my grandmother. I will always remember Vici driving me around the lakes of Austin, quizzing me on the names and showing me beautiful fields of blue bonnets. The last time I saw her, we all cried as she, in her unmistakable Texas accent said "you have ARE and have been MY family." Very thankful for the role Vici provided to me at a young age. Thank you, Vici!

I met Vici in the early 90´s in Denton when we were both in real estate. Realizing we both liked golf we started a long friendship on the course and at her house playing pool and other games. She was a wonderful entertainer and cook. We both moved to Austin a few years later and continued our careers and friendship. Over the years we enjoyed trips and a cruise to the Bahamas. Many hours were spent playing trivial pursuit as though we knew few answers. One time she memorized the answers before we played and really got me good.
Vici was a really colorful and sweet soul who had a zest for life and fun to be around. I will cherish her friendship forever and miss her smile and many anecdotes and poems she shared.
Prayers for her children who she loved dearly especially Tracy who made sure she had the best care in her later years.
RIP Vici. You remain in my heart.

I´ve known Vici since I was 12 years old. She was the first woman/mother of all my childhood friends who had her own career and successful business. I didn´t realize it at the time but, as a young girl, it was inspiring to see. She was a force of nature and the reason I never put my elbows on the dinner table. RIP Vici xx Bobbi Jo

Vici's 60th birthday celebration at her house. We had to taste the same wine out of an ordinary glass, then a Riedel glass. She was so right about it tasting better in a special glass ! So I raise my glass of wine to Vici. In a Riedel glass, of course!! Cheers
