PARENTS: Charles and Mildred (Corya) Dobson

Survived by two sisters, Carol Lynn Dobson Hastings and Debbie Dobson Allen, two children, Troy Michael Schick and Ty Miles Schick, and three grandchildren, Samantha Schick, Logan Schick, and Levi Schick.

Vicki lived at English Avenue and Denny Street in Christian Park in Indianapolis. She attended School 21 and School 82. She graduated from Thomas Carr Howe High School in 1963.

Ms. Schick attended Meadlawn Christian Church, where she sang in the church choir and assisted her mother teaching Sunday School classes.

Vicki was real tomboy who had a love for horses owned one in her youth. She spent many days in in the Christian Park playground, on the tennis court, in the wading pool, and ice skated on the creek.

Vicki went on vacations with her parents and her sister Debbie. She and her family vacationed at a cottage at Lake Michigan. She camped at state parks as a Girl Scout.

She met her future husband, James L. Schick, in high school. They were married in California April 2, 1966. They settled in Indianapolis.

She was employed by the phone company and held several jobs as a property manager.

In 2014, Vicki moved back to the home where she grew up in the Christian Park neighborhood of Indianapolis.
