Victoria Della Nixon, 65, of Oak Ridge, passed away peacefully at Methodist Medical Center on December 15, 2016 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born May 9, 1951 in Dayton, TN, to Arbutus West Nixon and James Howard Nixon. She graduated from Rhea Central High School and attended UT. Vicky worked for Mechanical Data for over 30 years, where she traveled to many parts of the world servicing their products.

She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her daughter, Erin N. Forester; and three grandchildren that will miss their Nana very much, Chase Forester, Grace Dobrescu and Nicholas Dobrescu. Vicky is also survived by brothers, Jim Nixon (Chris) of Knoxville and Bob Nixon (Sandra) of Decatur, AL; former husband and friend, Ken Holder (Melissa); special friend, Angela Newberry of Oak Ridge; god-daughter, Pamela Pryor Culberson of TX; several nieces and nephews, along with many other friends and relatives.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 from 5:00–7:00 p.m. at Weatherford Mortuary. A celebration of life will follow at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any memorials be sent to the Boxer Rescue Foundation, PO Box 1203, Newberry, Florida 37669
