Dr. Vincent Bradley passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2007. Vince was born on October 16, 1944 in Philadelphia, PA. He graduated from St. Joseph University and Hahnemahn Medical University. He served in the United States Navy and Navy Reserve. He was stationed at Balboa Hospital and Navy Hospital Camp Pendleton while on active duty and left the Navy Reserve as Captain Bradley. Dr. Bradley had a private practice in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine that began in 1972. He served on the staff at Scripps Memorial La Jolla and Encinitas as well as Tri City Medical Center. After leaving private practice, Vince and Karen moved to San Felipe, Baja California, Mexico and opened �Baja Java� in 1997. Dr. Bradley is survived by his wife, Karen. His daughter, Katie, preceded him in death in 1996. He is survived by children Brad Vincent, Scott, Nicole and Sean, two grandchildren, Alexis and Aidan as well as his father Vincent, brothers Greg, Mark, William and sisters Maureen and Helene. He leaves behind many beloved friends in San Felipe that had become family. Vince will be remembered at a public visitation on Tuesday, March 6, 2007, from 2:00pm until 4:00pm and 6:00pm until 8:30pm. The visitation will be held at El Camino Memorial Encinitas, 340 Melrose Ave, Encinitas, CA. A Funeral Mass will be said for Dr Bradley on Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at St Columba�s Catholic Church, 3327 Glencolum Dr, San Diego, CA. Interment in El Camino Memorial Park, 5600 Carroll Canyon Road will immediately follow the Mass. Vince and Karen recently began to organize a baseball league and after school program for the kids in San Felipe. They also were very active in providing financial assistance to children that did not have money to go to school. Please consider supporting this legacy for Vince in lieu of flowers. A memorial fund has been started at San Diego County Credit Union. The name of the memorial fund is San Felipe Youth Development
