I had no idea there was such a service as this...thank you to all who have posted comments and condolences here to me and my family. We lost a good one...I am so grateful that you remember him brightly. Vincent's grandson and I both toil in the fields of the law--we will try to maintain his legacy.

I was very saddened to hear of the loss of Judge Brogna. I had the priviledge of working with him at the law offices of Johnson, Mee & May. He was a kind, funny and brilliant man. He will truly be missed. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with the family during this time.

As a trial attorney I tried cases before Judge Vin Brogna. (I also appeared before his father at the Superior Court.) Later it was my privilege to serve with Vin on that Court and I was his Chief Justice for a time. I enjoyed his friendship, personal warmth and sense of humor. I regret that my wife's current illness prevents my attending the services. She and I send our condolences.

Judge Brogna was a kind and thoughtful gentleman. He was fully aware of the human condition, and brought to the bench the true wisdom this knowledge produced. He was kind and considerate of all, and was liked and respected by all who appeared before him. The world needs more Vin Brognas. He will be missed.

I was saddenened to read of the passing of Judge Brogna, but it brought back memories of times long past when our families would get together in Pocasset for music sessions, the elder Judge Brogna being a good friend of my father, George. I often wonder if Victor still plays the trumpet and if Brogna family members have maintained any connection to Pocasset as we all have in our family. Condolences are extended to your entire family, friends and colleagues from our family.

Suzanne & I offer our deepest sympathies to the Brogna and Gaffney families on their loss.
We enjoyed meeting Vinnie at our daughter's wedding in Jamaica; he was a wonderful, enjoyable man.
