   Vincent Coleman, of Potosi, Missouri passed away on December 1, 2023, leaving a void in the hearts of all who knew him. Born on June 13, 1948, in Recola, Missouri, Vincent was the son of the late Charles Leo Coleman and Mary Irene (Robart) Coleman. 

   During his professional career, Vincent worked for many years as a tree trimmer. His expertise and commitment to his craft were evident. With precision and care, Vincent transformed landscapes and ensured the safety of those around him. His tireless efforts touched the lives of many, leaving behind a lasting legacy in the field.

   Vincent had a deep love for his family and enjoyed spending time with them. Hunting became both a passion and a way for him to bond with loved ones. Whether he was exploring nature's beauty or simply being in the company of cherished family members, Vincent found joy in creating lasting memories.

   Having served in the United States Army from 1969 to 1975, Vincent displayed great courage and dedication to his country. During his service, he earned commendations such as the National Defense Medal and Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal. His military service was an embodiment of his selflessness and commitment to protecting others.

   He is survived by his loving wife Norma Jean Coleman. Together they shared a bond built on love and understanding—a partnership that saw them through both joys and challenges.

   In addition to Norma Jean, Vincent is also survived by his son Kenny Coleman and wife Melissa; son James "Jimmy" Coleman; sisters Martha Aubuchon and Romona Mesey and her husband Charles; brother David Coleman; grandchildren Jamie Coleman, Kaitlyn Coleman, Lindsey Wilson and her husband Dylan, Kyle Coleman, Courtney Nigro and her fiancé Justin Trokey; as well as great-grandchildren Kaedann Trokey, Korbynn Trokey, Emberlynn Wilson, and Amelia Trokey.

   The depths of Vincent's character were truly remarkable. He possessed an unwavering work ethic that was surpassed only by his kindness towards others. In times of need or celebration, Vincent could always be counted on as a pillar of support for his loved ones. His impact on the lives of others extended far beyond his immediate family. He leaves behind a grieving community that will forever remember his warm smile, compassionate nature, and willingness to lend a helping hand.

   Vincent was preceded in death by his beloved father, Charles Leo Coleman, mother, Mary Irene (Robart) Coleman, sisters Amelda Boyer, Elizabeth Merritt, Catherine "Pee Wee" Messey, Rita Coleman; brothers, Charles T. Coleman, Joe Coleman, and Gene Coleman; In-laws, Russell Thebeau, Bernard Thebeau, Paul Thebeau, James Thebeau, Mildred Bourisaw;  grandchild, Bailey Coleman and great-grandchild Karsynn "K.J." Trokey.

   Vincent's presence will be deeply missed but always remembered. May he find eternal peace as he reunites with those who passed before him.
