Age 65, of Leetsdale, died peacefully on Monday, June 26, 2017. Beloved husband of Judy Felicion; father of Tony (Keri) Felicion; stepfather of Terri (Sean) Leasure; proud Pap Pap of Jackson; loving uncle of David "Schultz" Oehling; brother of Rose (David) Oehling, Tom (Arleen) Felicion and family; and son of Lucy and the late Vincent Felicion, Sr. Also survived by many cousins and their families.
