Aunt Anita and family,
Please accept my sympathy and sadness in the passing of Uncle Vince. His journey to meet Gramma and Grandpap, his brothers and sisters has been long, and I believe they are together today. Your children and grandchildren had a Pap...they will miss forever, but the love lasts forever. God Bless you all during these difficult times without him. Uncle Vince was always such a vivid part of our family. When I think of him...it is of him smiling at me...with his cigar...in his mouth...and my remembering as a little girl-his endless teasing and taunting or at least me trying to figure out when he was teasing or when he was serious!!! Another comforting memory is that of being one of the McGowan brothers that my mother loved so much, and for that I am truly thankful. My mother and Uncle Vince had a trust and love that was simple and timeless...May you know we will keep him in our hearts with smiles and love forever. Love and prayers from Joe, myself and our daughters, Maria, Angela and Regina.

Uncle Vincie we loved you very much and you will be remembered in our hearts forever.
An Old Irish Blessing
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
This blessing reminds me of Grandpap and you always reminded me of him too. Rest in Peace and Aunt Anita my thoughts are with you at this very difficult time. I will keep you in my prayers. Susan
