I met Vinny in our Navy "A" school and he was one the nicest guys I had the privilege to know. He left a mark on me because of all the men and woman I went to class with when I saw his name I just knew it had to be him. He was funny and always good natured, he was just that type of guy. I had wished I had the chance to work for him later in our careers but it did not happen. Rest in Peace my friend we all lost a good family man and friend to all!
