My sympathy goes out to the entire Riggi Family. Vince, my late brother-in-law John Luciani, and I were friends and worked on several community projects together. He was a good and gentle man.

My Uncle Vince was a second father to me. He looked after me after my dad passed away. I knew he was always there if i needed him there. will be missed dearly.
