BAVARO, Vincenzo
Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health – Oshawa on Monday, April 28th, 2014 at the age of 80, with his loving family by his side. Predeceased by his beloved wife of 50 years Antonia. Loving father of Joe, Carmela (Serge), Anna (Sean). Adored Nonno to Vincent, David, Julia, Michael, Laura, James and Evan. Dear brother of Frank (late Anna), late Peter (Anna), late Maria (late Vito), late Nunziella (Giuseppe) and brother-in-law Anna (Nick). He will be sadly missed by nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Wednesday, April 30th, from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at HOLY FAMILY CATHOLIC CHURCH (91 Ribblesdale Dr., Whitby) on Thursday, May 1st, at 10:30 a.m. Entombment at Resurrection Cemetery. Donations to the Lakeridge Health Foundation – Cancer Care would be appreciated.

Dear Joe, Carmela & Anna: Our sincere condolences to you and all other family members at this sad time. Your Father was an exceptionally kind, friendly and special man who deeply loved his family and put them first and foremost above all else. He will be profoundly missed. My deepest condolences to the entire family. I was so happy to have had Vince at my wedding last September as I know how much it meant to my father to have him there as well. He was a lovely man and I know he will be sadly missed by all that knew him.

Our hearts are broken but we know Vince is in a better place with his wife Antonia whom he has missed so much. I will always remember Vince as a second father as I grew up with cdm under his watchful loving eyes. He was a special man whom we will love and cherish always. Carm you took such great care of him right to the end, he loved his children to the ends of the earth.
