Dear Ron, Cedric, Nicki and family,

Carl and I were so saddened to learn of the death of your Mother. You know how special your parents were to us. We loved them both like family. Viola was so proud of all of you. She will be missed by so many. She was a dear, dear lady with an abiding faith. I know you have heard the story of how Rev. Davis taught me how to make real Louisiana coffee after we moved to south Louisiana. We pray that God's everlasting grace will shine down upon you bringing you peace and comfort at this time. We will be with you in spirit in the morning. Unfortunately I just returned from the hospital otherwise we would be with you tomorrow. Please know how much we love all of you.

Blessings,
Ann and Carl

To the children and family of
Mrs. Davis,

As Christians, we will all experience grief when our loved ones die; but we are to maintain a sense of hope, even in the midst of our grief and sorrow. Remember, our grief in this world is only temporary,it will not extend into eternity. Mrs. Viola was a dear friend, I will miss her.

13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words."
1 Thessalonians 4:13-14,18
