Viola Fehrenbacher Obituary

OLNEY -- Viola M. Fehrenbacher, 92, Olney, formerly of Ste. Marie, died 9:26 p.m. Friday (Aug. 1, 2003) in Burgin Manor, Olney.

Services will be 10 a.m. Monday in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Olney, with the Rev. Father Jerry Wirth officiating. Visitation was Sunday. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Wendelin. Summers-Kistler Funeral Home, Olney, is in charge of arrangements. Memorials: St. Joseph Foundation Trust or Good Samaritan Hospital Olney Satellite Dialysis Unit.

Mrs. Fehrenbacher was born July 31, 1911, in Jasper County, the daughter of John and Frances Weber Rauch. She was a homemaker and affiliated with St. Joseph Catholic Church. She married Roy A. Fehrenbacher on Nov. 24, 1944. He preceded her in death July 7, 1984.

Surviving are her daughter, Mary Rowark and husband David of Olney; sons, Gene Fehrenbacher and wife Sandy of Olney; Richard Fehrenbacher and wife Patti of Elwin; James Rauch and wife Mary of Olney; brothers, Alva and Cletus Rauch, both of Olney; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Henry, Edgar and Clarence; sisters, Estella and Elizabeth; grandsons, Jason and Jared Rowark; and great-grandsons, Jacob Enlow and Max Rauch.
