Violet H. Anderson, nee Peterson, 93, recently of Lombard, former long-term resident of Harwood Heights. Beloved wife of the late Albert E. "Junie" Anderson, Jr.; loving mother of Lana (David) Pedersen, Robert (Jonie) Anderson, Bert Anderson, Glen Anderson, Linda (the late Terry) Potts, Laura (Art Olsen) Anderson, and the late Lisa Joy. Devoted grandmother of Eric (Patty Bunton) Pedersen, Daniel (Leah) Pedersen; Jody, James, and Thomas Anderson; Eric and Amanda Anderson; Andrew Potts, Megan (Matt) McGovern, Kristin (Clark) Panzer; Lauren (fiancé Jeff Ash) and Jeremy Sciascia. Cherished great-grandmother of Amelia, Henry, Selene, and Ariana; fond mother-in-law of Margaret Anderson. Sister of the late David (the late Vivian) Peterson; aunt of Ed and Don Peterson and Bill and Paul Anderson. Longtime member of St. John's Lutheran Church (Mayfair) in Chicago. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, November 4th, at 11 AM at St. John's Lutheran Church, 4939 W. Montrose, Chicago. Inurnment following at Acacia Park.
