Violet Claudine Forth, 89, of Xenia, passed away at 6 p.m. Sunday, May 17, 2009, at Countryside Manor in Mt. Vernon.She was born in Irvington on May 29, 1918, a daughter of W.C. Allen and Tina Mae Manring. She married Eber Forth, and he preceded her in death on Aug. 28, 1965.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Richardson Funeral Home in Wayne City with the Rev. Mark Shell officiating. Burial will follow at Jacob Chapel Cemetery.Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. tonight at the funeral home.Mrs. Forth is survived by a daughter, Patsy and husband Dee Braddock of Xenia; and two grandchildren, Deann and husband Brad Green of Texico and John and wife Ruth Braddock of Fairfield.She was preceded in death by her husband and two brothers.Mrs. Forth attended Orchardville Community Church.

Dear Patsy & Family:
So sorry to hear about the death of your loved one. Remember all the good times you had with her over the years as they are so special. I know that all of you will miss her very much. May God bless all of you at this time and always. I will always remember Claudine when they had the store in Orchardville and the time that my parents went home with them to play cards after the store closed.
