Linda Sue Herriman, age 66, of Jasper died Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2015, at home surrounded by her family.

She was born March 20, 1949, in Adrian to Jerry Jerome and Catherine Rosalee (Miles) Ford. On Sept. 23, 1971, in Adrian she married Keith Duane Herriman and he survives. She was a member of St. Stephen Evangelical Lutheran Church.

Linda worked at American Chain and Cable prior to opening her own daycare, retiring in 2005 after 25 years. She liked playing cards, camping, shopping and traveling. The most special times to Linda were the time spent taking care of her family and her time with her grandchildren. She was known as "Nana" to many and she never knew a stranger.

In addition to her husband, Keith, she is survived by a daughter, Paula (Jim) Rodlund of Addison; two sons, Todd (Stephanie) Herriman of Adrian and David Herriman of Adrian; sister, Judy O'Leary of Sand Creek; two brothers, Mike (Linda)?Ford of Adrian and Tony (Diane)?Ford of Adrian; nine grandchildren, Eli, Mekayla, Ty, Tim, Ashlyn, Emberly, Drew, Nathan and Jett. She was preceded in death by her parents, her in-laws, Eldred and Roselind Herriman; and a special grandmother, Rosalee Miles.

Funeral services for Linda begins at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 14, 2015, at St. Stephen Evangelical Lutheran Church with Pastor Brian Keller officiating. Burial will be in Fairfield Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian, and on Friday from 10 to 10:45 a.m. at St. Stephen Evangelical Lutheran Church.
