Virginia Shereda Obituary

Virginia D. Shereda, born February 6, 1923, passed away April 12, 2024, at the young age of "101"

Virginia was preceded in death by her loving husband, Raymond J. Shereda, with whom she shared 58 years of marriage. She is survived by her children, Karen (Jeff, deceased), Diane (Dennis), Martin (Anne), Gary (deceased) wife Susan, and Susan Joy. She was affectionately known as 'GG,' to her 8 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren and anyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Visitation will be held on April 29, 2024, at 9:30AM, followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 280 Square Lake Road, Troy, MI, with a private burial at a later date.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Keith Shereda Foundation, 3561 Magnolia Court, Oakland, MI 48363.

We are all so sorry to hear that GG has passed!!! She will looking over everyone as an angel from heaven! She was one of the best! The crochet pants she made for us at Purdue were still the most amazing outfit anyone has ever seen at Breakfast Club!! She will be truly missed!!
