The family would like to thank the doctors and staff at Deaconess Gateway Heart Hospital for their extraordinary care and services. The family would also like to thank Dr. Frederick Wallasch for his extraordinary care and compassion.

Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Sunday, February 24, 2013, in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
