Viv Morris formerly of Hadnall, Shropshire and late of Hodgkinson Walk, Shrewsbury, passed away peacefully at The Severn Hospice, Bicton, on Friday, September 26, 2008, surrounded by his devoted Children, following a long and debilitating illness bravely fought. Viv still mourning the loss of his loving Wife Mary, will be sorely missed by his devoted Children Ann, Michael, David and Philip, Son-in-law, Daughters-in-law, Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Sister, Sisters-in-law, Brothers-in-law, Nieces, Nephews and many friends.
A brave soldier with the Shropshire Yeomanry during the Second World War, who never gave up the fight !.
Funeral service will be held at St Peter's Church, Monkmoor, on Friday, October 10, 2008, at 1.45pm, followed by committal, at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, at 2,40pm.
Family flowers only, donations please to The Severn Hospice, Bicton and Ward 26U at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, for which purpose a plate will be providedboth at church and the crematorium.
