Dear Kerry: I only found out today about your father. I am so very sorry for your loss. I will keep him in my prayers.

Dear Kerry, Kurt, Wally, and Lorraine:
My deepest sympathy on Mr. Heider's passing. After knowing Kerry and the family from Bethany Lutheran Church and Scott High School, I was surprised to know that Mr. Heider was "Birdie". My husband and I had dinner there several times with friends over the years and never knew that Kerry's dad was the owner.
Again, my condolences to Kerry, and his family.

I was sitting quietly last night when I learned that Birdie has passed away. Without saying Bird was one of my father's favorite people, who always brought a smile with his prescence.
As a young man growing up, Birdie taught me many life lessons as we enjoyed playing one of his favorite passions golf. On behalf of the Mauro family I would like to wish
Kerry, Kurt, and Lorraine my deepest condolences and thank you for sharing this great man !

My deepest sympathy to the Heider family. I was employed at Birdies from 1982-1988. I had the pleasure of getting my start in business under the guidance, direction and most of all, trust of Walt, Lorrain, Kerry and Kurt. It is a great loss for all. My personal best and condolances to the family. Mr. Heider was a good man and business leader.
