Walter E. Graber, 81 ,of Massillon, OH, died, Tuesday, December 23, 2003, at Akron General Medical Center in Akron,after a short illness. He was born on Thursday, June 1, 1922, in Sterling, OH, and had been a resident of Massillon for 48 yrs.

. He was employed by Ohio Edison as a Construction worker, for 30 yrs, retiring in 1982. He was a member of St. Barbara Catholic Church and was a member of Mens Club of Ohio Edison.

Survivors include, Wife, Leona Graber, of Massillon, Son and daughter in law -Gary and Rita Graber of Akron, Ohio, Daughter and son in law Pat and Bill Arbaugh of Akron, Ohio, Daughter and son in law- Karen and Jeffrey Paramore of Nashua, N.H., Brother-Edwin Graber of Seville, Ohio, 9 Grandchildren, and 2 Great-Grandchildren.

He was preceded in Death by: Parents -Eli and Louise (Wurgler) Graber and 1 sister Helen Koppes.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Barbara Catholic Church on Saturday, December 27, 2003 at 10:00 AM with Fr. Thomas Cebula, as celebrant. Burial will be at St. Ann's Cemetery, in Rittman , OH Visitation will be at Heitger Funeral Service - Massillon Chapel on Friday, December 26, 2003 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, their will be a rosary service at 6:30 PM at Heitger's. Memorials, can be made to St. Barbara Memorial Fund, 2813 Lincolnway W. Massillon, Ohio 44647.
