Walter Pidgeon Obituary
Walter passed away Sunday, February 12, 2012 at Marwood Extended Care in Langley. Predeceased by his first wife Norma and second wife Lois, his parents Eleanor and Jack, his siblings Lillian, Olive and Jack. He is survived and greatly missed by his favourite sister Margaret Allan, his children Sharon Smith, Rebecca Darnell and Thomas Pidgeon. Walter lived his 91 years to the fullest and on his own terms. A reception for friends to gather will be held Friday, February 17, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Langley Golf Centre, 21550-44th Avenue, Langley BC (off 216th). In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Langley Hospice Society. A special thank you to the staff at Marwood Extended Care for their kind and dedicated care over the past 5 years.
